All appointments are 1 hour in duration and held on Teams, Zoom or Facebook.
£80 for the first session price reduces to £60 thereafter per session.
Long‑term support available. Clients can purchase 5‑ or 10‑session packages at a reduced rate for ongoing guidance and reflection.
Low‑income rate: Reduced‑rate sessions are available for those on low income.
Severe hardship support: A small number of donation‑based sessions are offered for individuals experiencing significant financial hardship.
