I support you in achieving your health and wellbeing goals

Together, one step at a time, we work toward meaningful growth and change in your life.

My name is Deborah. My background is in frontline nursing, where I worked for over 24 years. I am also a yoga teacher and educator, giving me extensive knowledge of health and wellbeing. Over the past decade, I have developed in‑depth understanding of trauma, recovery, and their effects on both mind and body. I have also successfully navigated complex litigation as a lone litigant against public authorities, which has deepened my insight into power dynamics, resilience in the face or adversity. I am certified in traumatic stress studies and stay updated with the latest research. When appropriate, I can signpost you to other professionals for additional support.

As a health and trauma‑recovery coach, my role is to walk alongside you — offering education, reflection, and steady guidance to help you reach your goals. I have experience supporting people with common medical conditions, chronic illness, and disability. I hope to support you on your journey, and I look forward to working with you.

Supporting you on your trauma recovery journey to restore balance and stability

I understand the emotional impact of gaslighting and the dysregulation that often follows. Gaslighting can involve the erasure of your truth, lived reality, and even hard evidence. It may include rewriting history, damaging your reputation, or recording inaccurate information. I am familiar with how these behaviours affect interpersonal relationships and how abuse of power or uneven power dynamics can lead to a profound loss of safety and autonomy. These experiences can erode trust — in others and in yourself — and destabilise your sense of self.

My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and radical acceptance. Through our coaching, my aim is to support you in rebuilding trust in yourself, restoring a sense of safety, agency, and voice.

I am accessaible and affordable as a coach  to all who need trauma recovery coaching. Support should not be a lottery -as to whether others accept or  believe the source or cause of your trauma.

Trauma is not so much what happens, but who is there when it happened.”
